New Facilities

Securewest training department now has new training facilities which greatly improves our ability to deliver high quality, nationally approved qualifications in Security, Health Care and Adult education at our Devon office.

We are delighted to welcome Kenyon Barker to the Training Team as Lead Trainer and Assessor.

ISPS Services

Did you know we regularly carry out ISPS related audits and inspections including Ship Security Assessments for cargo ships, drill ships, oil rigs and deep-sea vessels for blue chip shipping companies and oil majors. In places such as USA, South Korea, Singapore and mainland Europe. We also write Ship Security Plans and assist clients gain flag state approval to get their ISSC. We’ve carried out ISPS Assessments and written Security Plans for Port Facilities and even helped harbours gain ISPS approval for the first time (read our case study here). 

Delivering SIA Approved Courses

As a Security Industry Authority approved training provider, our team travel all over the world delivering approved SIA qualifications such as;

• Level 2 working as a security operative within the private security industry
• Level 2 Working as a Door Supervisor within the private security industry
• Level 2 Working as a CCTV operative within the private security industry
• Level 3 working as a close protection operative within the private security industry

We deliver the courses at a vast array of different countries, such as the USA, of which all students successfully completed the challenging and demanding training which meets the licensing requirements of the Security Industry Authority.
