Our First Person on Scene Course Level 4 BTEC is aimed at those working in remote or hostile environments.
This course will be taught using classroom lectures and practical exercises.
The course is ideal for those working in or would like to work in Maritime Security, VIP protection, Close Protection, Corporate Security etc.
The 5-day course provides candidates with an enhanced level of medical skill to be able to respond to a casualty in a medical emergency or trauma.
Our course is ELCAS approved so service leavers can take advantage of this scheme by claiming for the course alone or combining it with their level 3 CPO and/or level 3 MSO training.
The qualification is awarded by Pearson, the UK’s largest awarding body offering academic and vocational qualifications that are globally recognised and benchmarked.

Where: South Devon, England
Duration: 1 day
Our Maritime Firearms & Renewal Course covers the requirements as set out by ISO 28007. The course is specifically designed for those seeking to maintain compliance or gain employment within the Maritime Security industry.
The course takes place on the Securewest 100m range in South Devon and students use both semi- automatic (.22cal) and bolt action full bore (7.62mm) weapons.
Candidates will be required to demonstrate safe, competent weapons handling as well as marksmanship to be able to apply controlled, accurate fire in a variety of controlled scenario-based practices.
